Weekly Meeting for All-rounded Oversight of Quality
Since inception, we have been entrusted with continuous jobs by regular customers because of our outstanding craftsmanship, never compromising on the issue of quality.
Each project undertaken is headed by a project manager, assisted by a supervisor, to assign work and coordinate the project etc. The purpose is to ensure efficient division of labor, expedite completion and safeguard work quality.
The project manager holds a weekly meeting with the supervisor and technicians to review progress, ascertain work quality and solve engineering setbacks, with the aim of tightening work schedule and delivering the highest quality.
Improvisation for Timely Completion
